VINYASA

A rhythmic sequence of poses transitioning one to the next with concentrated breath control. A fluid-like moving meditation, building stamina and strength, improving flexibility and developing a great sense of self-awareness, whilst still focusing on alignment and technique. Suitable for beginners through to advanced. 

POWER FLOW

A strong, creative sequence cleverly interwoven into a breath-infused practise, inspired by the lineage of the Ashtanga system of yoga. Consistent asana vinyettes building into a peak pose are common, encouraging the student to dive deeper into their practise both physically and mentally.
