ANZAC DAY ‘HONOUR FLOW’
On this national day of remembrance Thursday 25 April 2019 allow yourself some time for thought and reflection. In this 90min flow class we will begin by grounding our roots firmly into the warm and welcoming space that we co-create as a community. Intentions will be set and gratitude cups will be filled as we dive our practice beyond the depths of movement and breath, and into a space of freedom, friendship and camaraderie. Facilitated by Kat Lazzaro. All levels welcome. Beginners through to advanced.
NEW YEARS DAY ‘SUPER FLOW’
Get onto this ‘Super Flow’ to start your new year filled with elevated, fun & vibrant energies. Facilitated by Kat Lazzaro.
The class will be a pumped up 90 minute Vinyasa Flow with some super sweet beats, a big sweat and the coolest of cool downs.
Starting your New Year off the way it should be – the perfect balance between high energy awesomeness & a chill Savasana… and enjoy some delicious Kombucha on us whilst in studio too.
All levels welcome. Beginners through to advanced.
INDIAN SUMMER FESTIVAL 2018
Come and join Kat Lazzaro of Yoga State Of Calm at the iconic Melbourne sporting arena – the MCG – for some Vinyasa Flow Yoga at 9am Thursday 27th December 2018, as part of INDIAN SUMMER FESTIVAL 2018 in conjunction with Cricket Australia and the Victorian State Government.
Relish in the awesome fusion of traditional Indian culture and modern-day Melbourne festival vibes! A great day out for all!
This is a free community event, feel free to also hang around after yoga and enjoy the music, food and event festivities.

This course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to practice Slow Flow and Power Flow yoga.
You will be taught:
– correct alignment and breath in Sun Salutations
– how to minimise injury
– the main standing and floor postures
– how to get the most out of your classes
You will have time to ask questions and refine your alignment.
Whether you are starting with zero yoga experience, wish to move on from Slow Flow to Power Flow, or just enjoy learning and refining your practice, this course is a great stepping-stone towards your evolution as a yogi.
Course cost: $135 per person ($120pp for annual members)
Places are limited. Fees are not transferrable or refundable. No partial payment, all four sessions must be paid for in order to secure your spot. If you have an injury that limits your movement, contact us before booking.
