Private Yoga Sessions
Private sessions are great if you’d like more 1-on-1 time with the teacher. They are a fantastic option if you’d like to focus on certain parts of the body/mind. If injury or ill-health is preventing you from attending a group class. Or if you prefer doing yoga in the comfort of your own home/office.

Kat Lazzaro is an internationally certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She teaches studio classes in Melbourne, Australia, various workshops and events around the globe, and films yoga content for the online platform ‘A Live Yogi’. When Kat is not teaching yoga, you can find her studying and practising as part of her Advanced Teacher Training and RYT500hr designation with Laughing Lotus, New York.
