Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are great if you’d like more 1-on-1 time with the teacher. They are a fantastic option if you’d like to focus on certain parts of the body/mind. If injury or ill-health is preventing you from attending a group class. Or if you prefer doing yoga in the comfort of your own home/office.

Yoga State Of Calm is a local business owned and operated by Kat Lazzaro, a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Kat teaches studio classes in Melbourne, Australia, various workshops and events around the globe, and films yoga content for the online platform ‘A Live Yogi’. When Kat is not teaching yoga, you can find her studying and training for her RYT500hr teaching designation with Laughing Lotus, New York.
