Private Yoga Sessions
Private sessions are great if you’d like more 1-on-1 time with the teacher. They are a fantastic option if you’d like to focus on certain parts of the body/mind. If injury or ill-health is preventing you from attending a group class. Or if you prefer doing yoga in the comfort of your own home/office.
